Persist!
Hebrews 10:36
You need to persevere so that, after having fulfilled God's will, you receive what he has promised.
Persevere or persist means:
Firmness, constancy, duration or existence of a thing for a long time.
The word of the Lord tells us that it is necessary to persevere, to remain firm in God and his purpose so that in the end we can receive what he has promised us.
Unfortunately, many believers start many projects in church and in God's way with joy, firm and constant, but as the days or months go by they lose their courage, strength and the joy of serving in what they started.
The way of the Lord is a narrow way and the brave are the ones who cross it. The brave are not the strongest, the brave are those who do not give up. Those who even have obstacles on the way pass them. The road is a path of patience and courage, for which if we do not have the patience to ask God how to pass or jump such obstacles, we will be damaged, scraped, beaten!
Today the Lord invites us to move forward to make firm and strong decisions and to persist in what he has called us to. In what we started but left, get up and retake. You need to persist! You need to move forward without turning around, have courage, patience and above all trust in God to receive what he has promised you.
1 Timothy 6:12
Fight the good fight of faith; make eternal life yours, to which you were called and by which you made that admirable declaration of faith in front of many witnesses.
Revelation 3:11
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one takes the crown from you.
